Born in Minot, North Dakota, Steve was raised just east on the family farm in Sawyer. He graduated from NDSU with a degree in Crop and Weed Science.
Steve and his wife raise their 3 children, balancing work, farm, and play. No matter the weather, they love to ski, fish, and hunt. While we can’t imagine a quiet moment for Steve, he loves to read – his favorites are Outliers, and 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos.
