Kim is all about meeting people. He loves visiting with his customers and is a true supporter of Farmers Choice, “We sell great products. Kim is a North Dakota State College of Science alum with a Diesel Mechanic degree. “I always loved farming, but Dad was persistent about a college education and real-world experience So, I did my stint as a diesel mechanic and service manager.”
“Dad was right, I had the best experiences with people, and working on the other side of the desk. When Dad semi-retired. I took my chance to come home and work on the farm again. I have used that knowledge many times since I've been home!”
After a 2020 conversation between Kim and co-owner Steve Knorr, Farmers Choice leapt at the chance to include Kim as a Dealer Agent. Intrigued, Kim said he would try Golden Harvest corn and beans for one year and decide.
Kim was so happy with his high-yield crop results, he signed on with Farmers Choice! Kim is a committed member of the Golden Harvest Service 365 team!
When not submerged in the extra-curricular activities of their 3 young children, the Saueressig family loves all things outdoors! They camp and fish their favorite spots on Hoffers and New Johns Lake, 4-wheel together all over Sheridan County, and hunt deer and pheasant on the farm.
Kim loves to relax with a round of golf on the greens of Washburn and Underwood, and his kids are active in FFA projects.
