EMILY SCHLAFMANN
AGRONOMIST, SOUTHERN NORTH DAKOTA
As an expert Farmers Choice Agronomist, Emily scouts farmland for our southern North Dakota growers and makes field recommendations. She provides custom drone spraying services, and she runs operations at the Farmers Choice facility in McClusky.
An alum of Bismarck State College and North Dakota State University, Emily earned her B.S. in Agricultural Education. She is an FAA Licensed Drone Pilot, and a member of the Golden Harvest Service 365 Team.
Emily Schlafmann’s love of farming emerged just south of Mandan, North Dakota, near St. Anthony. Born and raised on the family farm, Emily grew up working Ag-related jobs - loving the field of Agronomy.
She now farms in Wing, North Dakota with husband Durand, along with their three sons and two daughters. The family enjoys their quality time together and Emily and Durand indulge in getting away for motorcycle trips when life allows!
